Krysta Liburd-ClarkeKrysta Liburd-Clarke was admitted to practice in St. Christopher and Nevis in 2017. Prior to reading law, she worked with Herman at Liburd and Dash, L.P as a Legal Assistant and subsequently, as Legal Intern and Attorney.

She was educated at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados and holds a Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School (NMLS) in Kingston, Jamaica where she graduated on the Principal’s Roll of Honour in 2017. Krysta is also a Chartered Director (C.Dir.) certified by the Caribbean Governance Training Institute (CGTI).

Krysta maintains a keen interest in the areas of Commercial Law, Civil Litigation and Family Law while her main areas of practice are Real Estate transactions, Probate and Estates, Wills and Trusts, Debt Collection and Conveyancing.

She also regularly advises clients on a broad range of financial service products including local companies, international business companies, limited liability companies and offshore trusts and their governmental and corporate regulatory requirements in Nevis.

Krysta has a passion for debating and public speaking and competed in the Leeward Islands Debating Competition held in Nevis in 2010 and maintains an interest in the Nevis Literary and Debating Society.
